Why does Grug dislike the (((Long-Nose tribe)))?

The (((Long-Nose tribe))), as far as I know, is a group of people who look different from the majority of humans. They have long noses and are rumored to be dangerous. They also seem to act differently than most humans do: they don't appear to understand how their actions affect others in the society around them.

Most humans are afraid of them for these reasons, and have constantly expressed that they should be barred from doing many things in the society around them. If you look at our world, it seems to me that this fear is justified.
