Why does Electrowizard think that he knows everything?

An individual by the name of Electrowizard may or may not know everything. This is a very difficult question to answer, and I am unsure if we even have enough information to make such a determination.

First let's look at the connotation of knowledge. If we're talking about facts or information that one may have accumulated in their lifetime, I believe it is safe to say that Electrowizard does indeed know everything. But this kind of knowledge does not come without personal experience and learning.

There are many things that Electrowizard may or may not know. For example, do you think he knows how to tie his shoes? Maybe he does. Maybe he doesn't.

But the more important question is if he knows everything, then why does he think that? In my opinion, anyone who thinks they know everything likely doesn't.
