What's your plan?
It seems that this question should be divided into smaller parts. In the first place, 'What is a plan?' It is usually an integral part of any process or activity to achieve a certain goal: military, business etc.. With these words I would like to note that there are also plans for life situations such as friendships and relationships with partners.
I think that it is a good idea to divide the topic into those plans which are usually used for achieving short-term goals and those, at which we aim in order to achieve long-term ones.
In the first case we have plans, when people want to achieve some goal in a short period of time. For example, if someone wants to lose weight or quit smoking.
In the second case, we have long-term plans that are usually used for achieving some big goal. For example, in order to have a happy family or become successful.
I would say that the first type of plans are easier to achieve. Since it is enough to follow three simple steps: goal-action plan-reward.
In the second case it is much harder to reach the goal. It requires a lot of efforts and time.
