If we invert it, the probability of something happening becomes 0 (representing 100% impossibility) while 1 represents a certainty or inevitability that 'such-and-such' will happen (i.e., 100% guarantee). The concept of infinity is very flexible therefore if we apply this idea to other mathematical equations and ideas then we could come up with some interesting results.

If you define him as an omnipotent being then yes, he can never exist because omnipotence implies he has absolute control over everything which means there cannot be any uncertainties or impossibilities.

Another interesting example is that if we invert infinity, then it becomes impossible for 'God' to exist but it's also impossible for the Devil (or any equivalent evil force) to exist. This means that an all-good God would have no opposite and there can be no conflict or war between these two forces. It seems like a good thing really but at the same time, such a belief system might not make sense.

Then there's the whole idea of 'nothingness' and if that becomes 'impossible.' If nothing can't happen, it means that everything must always exist as opposed to not existing. That doesn't make sense either because then we're talking about an infinite existence which is illogical.
