What could save the earth?
I think the best way to save earth would be to bring all nations into One World Government, and have a limited democracy therein. This government would be tasked with protecting its people, as well as trying to create an environment where everyone is treated fairly.
Of course, this is a utopian idea. The biggest problem here would be how to get all these nations into one government. I think it can only work if they agree on the principles of democracy and human rights.
Furthermore, the United States and Russia should not be part of this new government. They have too many weapons and nuclear power to keep their own sovereignty.
China could be a good addition to the One World Government, as they are rapidly developing and becoming more democratic. They also have nuclear weapons, but they seem less willing to use them.
I would also suggest that we give up the nuclear weapons and focus on creating solar power. We could become energy independent from other countries, which is a big step towards world peace.
There are many more things that could be done, but my main idea is to create a government where no one else can interfere with human rights.
