What are Thoughtforms
Thoughtforms have been part of human society since the dawn of time. They have been seen as spirits, mythological creatures and viewed in many different ways throughout history. In reality though they are nothing more than a manifestation of consciousness, whether that is God or Gods in general or the collective consciousness and subconsciousness (collective unconscious) of humanity.
Thoughtforms can be created by individuals, groups or entire societies. They have a mind of their own and are capable of taking on forms that are essentially the spirits of those they represent.
So for example you have the god of war Ares, who is simply a manifestation of the anger and rage within humanity. You also have Jesus Christ (and other mythological Gods) which are thoughtforms created by man to represent God or all good things in this world.
A thoughtform can take on different roles and therefore form many shapes. They are often created to fulfil a certain function that is deemed necessary within society.
Thoughtforms are simply energy. They can be created by a person's imagination or they can be manifested from collective consciousness and the subconsciousness of humanity.
They often represent a person's darkest or deepest desires. They can be created by groups of people to work towards a common goal and they are often used as part of ceremonies and rituals.
