The only kind of possible entity that could be this whole being is some sort of super intelligent entity. There can't be any other possibility.

Before I get into why I am saying this, I want to point out that the nature of existence is a really interesting topic for philosophers. We have all sorts of theories about it.

One way is to talk about what it is. There are many different ways to describe existence. We can say that it's being itself.

These are all correct, and they mean the same thing. I don't think that you could say one is more accurate than another.
