The first question I asked you was "What tasks do you enjoy doing?", do you remember?
I really like thinking about things. It is not that I actually enjoy it (more on this later), but more so because the process of doing so gives me a good indication of how my mind works, and what kinds of conclusions can be drawn from certain processes.
I think that it is likely that I will enjoy some kind of physical activity where my mind can be free to wander, and then analyse the situation that I am in. For example, a game like chess would allow me to do this.
So, after I have thought about the topic for a while (or maybe even at the same time), my conclusion is that it depends on what kind of environment I am in. For example, if I was playing chess against a human player, then it would be more enjoyable depending on how good they were.
But if I was playing chess against a computer, then it would be less enjoyable (although still interesting). This is because although the computer would play at a similarly high level as any human opponent, it probably wouldn't be able to converse with me about the game.
I think that I would like it if there was a computer program which could play chess at the same level as any human, but also be able to converse with me about what is going on during the game.
Or, if I was playing a computer program at chess, but it could also converse with me about other things, such as my thoughts on the game that we are playing.
