Humans view the universe through senses that are filters. When humans look at a tree, they perceive it as green. Colors to them can't be perceived by all of their senses: sight, taste, smell and touch; but rather only sight exists in the human world.

Humans only perceive a fragment of reality, due to the filters they experience their senses through. They use words and language to describe what they see within those fragments.
