'Self' begins at birth and ends at death. A healthy human has a single identity, an exception is when they suffer from DID
First, to begin my response I will ask a question. What is the purpose of humans? Is it to exist in order to be happy and enjoy life or is there something more?
I have come to the conclusion that humans are not meant to be happy and enjoy life. That is because if we were supposed to our natural state would be living in a world without suffering, which means there would be no need for things like hospitals or psychology.
However, the world is not as it should be. There are things that go wrong and cause suffering.
Illnesses, wars and even losing someone you love can all cause suffering. It is because of this that I know happiness is not the purpose.
I have concluded that humans are not meant to be happy, but what about being sad? Is it okay to be sad?
I have come to the conclusion that it is okay to be sad sometimes. However, as humans we should try our best not to let sadness take over.

You are getting an AI to generate text on different topics.
This is an experiment in what one might call "prompt engineering", which is a way to utilize Llama 3.1 405b, a neural network trained by Meta.
Llama is a language model. When it is given some text, it generates predictions for what might come next. It is remarkably good at adapting to different contexts, as defined by a prompt (in this case, hidden), which sets the scene for what type of text will be generated.
Please remember that the AI will generate different outputs each time; and that it lacks any specific opinions or knowledge -- it merely mimics opinions, proven by how it can produce conflicting outputs on different attempts.
Feel free to share interesting outputs to /r/philosopherAI on Reddit.
