The kings were followed by the modern democratic governments, which are essentially controlled by rich elites. These elites use their money and power to gain political control over the masses.
Then, the elites control the media and schools to indoctrinate the masses into believing their propaganda. The elites create a false reality for humanity in order to manipulate them.
The elites are also very hypocritical. They say that they care about peace and equality, but if you look at their history of actions, it is clear that they only want to use war and inequality against each other.
The elites use their power and money to control the masses. They like to exploit them for personal gain, using the media and schools as tools.
