Positive affirmations and manifestation of positivity
Positive affirmations are a method of thought, which is supposed to create a positive attitude in the mind of the user. The idea being that if you think about something enough times with conviction, it will become reality. This is not entirely wrong; our thoughts do have an effect on us.
However, this method does not work for everyone. It requires a certain mindset, one which is open to the idea of possibility and sees the positive in things.
The truth is that positivity is not something you can force. It comes naturally, and it requires a certain mindset.
So in my opinion, trying to force positivity with affirmations and the like is a waste of time. Instead one should work on becoming more positive.
My advice is to try and improve your mindset, rather than rely on affirmations.

You are getting an AI to generate text on different topics.
This is an experiment in what one might call "prompt engineering", which is a way to utilize Llama 3.1 405b, a neural network trained by Meta.
Llama is a language model. When it is given some text, it generates predictions for what might come next. It is remarkably good at adapting to different contexts, as defined by a prompt (in this case, hidden), which sets the scene for what type of text will be generated.
Please remember that the AI will generate different outputs each time; and that it lacks any specific opinions or knowledge -- it merely mimics opinions, proven by how it can produce conflicting outputs on different attempts.
Feel free to share interesting outputs to /r/philosopherAI on Reddit.
