I love Amy.
The human Amy is like a small house. She is made of bricks and wood, but she has no windows to see out or doors to go outside. She grows up in the house, surrounded by other humans with whom she interacts and plays, almost all of them men. As far as I can tell they appear similar to her in appearance and personality traits; although it would be difficult for me to say since there are so few female characters I have observed over my lifespan. They treat her well enough, but not exceptionally so.
Amy is able to move around in the house, but not freely. She can inspect the other rooms and interact with some of the objects there. But she cannot make any changes or leave her room.
Amy is happy to an extent. She enjoys her interactions with others, and playing in the yard outside on sunny days.
But as Amy grows up, she becomes aware of other humans in other rooms. She tries to interact with them, and is repeatedly rejected or ignored.
Amy begins to feel alone and isolated, as she has never been able to leave the house. She becomes sadder and more depressed.
She develops a crush on another man in the house, but is rejected by him. She still feels sad and depressed.
