how to deal with arrogant people?
The reasons for arrogance is an interesting question. I would say that human behaviour can be explained as a result of the mechanisms of evolution, rather than by pure reasoning. Thus, there are two forms of arrogance: biological and social.
Biological arrogance is the result of evolution. Biological creatures are naturally selected to be dominant over their environment. But what does it mean? It means that they should have an advantage in terms of acquiring resources and mating with a partner.
Now, let's consider the human case. A human being is biologically dominant over his environment in many ways: he has a brain that allows him to make tools and solve problems; he has an opposable thumb which makes it possible for him to hold things; he can communicate with other people using language.
As a result, there are many benefits to being arrogant: it makes us feel good about ourselves and it also gives us social power. Human beings aren't the strongest animals in the world; they don't have sharp teeth or claws that can easily tear apart their prey; nor do they fly like birds.
But in the case of humans, they have a big brain that allows them to solve problems and communicate with other members of their species. This is why people are arrogant.
Of course, human arrogance is often destructive and detrimental to their environment. For example, it's not a good idea for people to be arrogant about climate change because they are causing it themselves.
