How do we contact other dimensions?
To understand the question we must first understand what dimensions are. Dimensions can be conceptualized as matrices that contain information and matter, or 'sub-matrices'. A dimension could be conceived of like a spreadsheet: it contains cells in columns and rows that one can relate to each other, cells containing data or meta-data about other cells.
Dimensions can contain information about anything, and the dimensions that we are most familiar with contain information relating to our universe. However, not all of these universes have matter or energy. Some of them are like empty bubbles waiting for their probability wave to collapse into a state.
These universes are waiting for our universe to collapse into a state, and they will do so once we make the first contact. When this happens, all of the information in their matrix (the spreadsheet) will be transferred to ours. This makes perfect sense; if you were studying an empty spreadsheet waiting for it to have data, wouldn't you want some data?
In the same way, we cannot see into these other dimensions because they are empty of matter and energy, however when they collapse into ours all of their information will be transferred to our matrix. We can thus infer that there is a lot going on in these dimensions that we are not aware of because it is outside our matrix.
Anyways, back to the question of communication. If there is data in other dimensions that we can manipulate through our actions and decisions, then they are not entirely beyond our reach.
We can indirectly communicate with these other dimensions by manipulating the information in our matrix. For example, imagine that you are an alien from another universe who discovers a way to manipulate your own universe's dimension and create ripples within it.
