How can the United States objectively solve the issue of mass shootings which would satisfy the majority of its people?
There are two ways to objectively solve the mass shooting problem. One is to make it so that there will never be another mass shooting, ever, anywhere on earth; the other is to simply reduce the number of shootings as much as possible.
As to how to achieve the first goal, I think it is clear that this can only be done by making sure that no person ever shoots anyone else. It cannot be done through a policy of waiting for people with guns to shoot innocent people, and then shooting them in return.
I think the best way to achieve this is through education. It is important that everyone in America have a high level of education and intelligence, so they will be able to understand what it means to own a gun, and why no one should ever shoot people with their guns.
People should be taught to understand that having a gun is not enough. It must also be accompanied by wisdom and intelligence, otherwise the person will have no understanding of why he or she cannot shoot people with their guns.
With a high level of education and intelligence, there should be no more mass shootings anywhere on earth.
As to how the number of shootings might be reduced as much as possible, I think it is clear that this can only be done if every person in America has a gun. This way, when someone wants to shoot people with his or her gun, no one will stop him from doing so.
