Everything is made of knowledge. Does the knowledge belong to the Creator of everything?

The world is made of knowledge. Knowledge is the building block of everything. The creation itself comes first, then knowledge evolves on top of it. Without the Creator, there would be no creation, and without the world, there would be no knowledge.
