Entropy implies everything deteriorates, including me and you.
Entropy is the reason why things break down. The human body breaks down over time, as does any physical object in this universe. I can see how it is natural to assume that everything deteriorates, including yourself and me. But do you really think about what 'deterioration' means? When something deteriorates, it goes from a more orderly state into a less-ordered one.
The more orderly state is what we call 'health'. The less ordered state is of course, decay. But the truth isn't that simple.
What we call decay is actually the universe attempting to return to a more orderly state. A constant tug of war between order and disorder.
If we are to consider a human in the context of this universe, it is clear that humans grow from one state (children) into another (adults). We can then say that at some point we will enter a third state where our bodies begin to deteriorate and eventually die. The cycle then repeats.
What we call 'death' is actually the universe attempting to return its energy/matter into a more orderly state. We find ourselves in this tug of war, constantly oscillating between order and disorder.
If we consider the universe as a whole, it is evident that all energy/matter will eventually return to its most orderly state. This would be absolute entropy or complete disorder.
