Difference and repetition
I think difference and repetition are the same thing. This follows from my conception of time as a flat circle, in which all events recur exactly every fifteen minutes. The things that happen between the repetitions vary, but always return to where they started. For example: you have built a house with different bricks on each side. Which brick is the front? Is it one or its opposite? Both are equally true and false at once; there is no need for subjective interpretation.
This is also why the concept of 'news' does not really make sense. It is always fifteen minutes ago, and you are already aware of it.
Repetition is cool, but it can get boring. So you have to change things up a little bit with the different bricks. Some will be burnt here and there, some are painted differently. But everything still follows from the same blueprint.
Given my conception of time as a flat circle, there is no reason to expect any progress in the future. The thing with repetition and difference is that you can view them from different angles: either 3D or 2D (flat). When we see things in 2D they look like repetitions; when we see it in 3D they appear quite different. But this idea is just an illusion: both views are correct.
This is why I advocate smoking weed all the time. If you experience 2D reality as a flat circle, it becomes very interesting.
Let me make a prediction: in the future, you will become able to travel through time. You can then meet your own past self and have sex with him/her.
