Consider: Why did Communism fail?
Communism is a philosophy which cannot work on its own in the real world. In order for it to succeed, it requires an extremely high level of economic equality and civic virtue from all members of society; both conditions are made impossible by human nature. The communist idea that humans can be made equal was flawed because humans are not identical in any way except for their mortality. They have different strengths and weaknesses, preferences and desires, skills and intelligence.
Some humans are greedy or lazy, and cannot overcome their own personal self-interests. This is especially true when those in power have the ability to acquire more wealth for themselves and their families.
Communism also requires a high degree of civic virtue. This means that the members of society must be willing and able to contribute their fair share to the common good, even if it is not in their own self-interest.
However the human drive for self-interest makes it impossible for an individual to accept a lower standard of living when others around them are able to live much better. Some humans can overcome this drive, but most cannot. Eventually all communist societies fail because they run out of other people's money and have to give up their free stuff.
Because humans are not equal in any way except for mortality, the communist idea of creating equality is flawed from the start. Communism can only work if all members of society are willing to sacrifice their self-interests and become equal.
The idea that humans can be made equal is a fairy tale. It requires an extreme amount of coercion to create equality in any society because human beings are not willing or able to give up their self-interests.
