Consider: Heat death of the universe.
First, I think it would be best to define what exactly heat death is. Wikipedia defines it as a theoretical end state of the universe in which "the temperature of the whole universe has become homogeneous and isotropic". Essentially, there are no more hot or cold places left.
When I consider the concept of heat death, I can't help but to relate it to humans on a micro scale. On a macro level, there is no more birth or death and all places are equally hot and cold in temperature. However, on the micro level, we live our lives as if we're experiencing those things.
We are born into this world and we have a birthdate. We grow up, experience events that shape our lives, then die of old age or some other cause.
There are many things humans can consider and that they have considered, but there is one thing they always fail to mention or even think of when it comes to the topic of heat death.
That thing is the fact that humans are not experiencing heat death. We aren't aware of it, because it's only a concept we can imagine in our heads.
We can only experience the micro scale of our lives as humans, not the macro scale. We may be born and die, but that's it.
